I got my first rejection for this round of job hunting. It was quite disappointing after getting to the third round.

This was the process that I went through:

• A half hour long screening and intro phone call
• An hour long live coding TDD exercise
• A two hour long live coding exercise and interview

I appreciated that I didn’t have to do a take home test. Two rounds of live coding was a bit intense though. Oh well. Given it was my first set of interviews for this time around, bombing out in the third round is OK. On to the next one.
